OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mitchell and Peach Ltd. is seeking a talented OPERATIONS MANAGER.

The successful candidate will be detail oriented and deadline aware, able to co-ordinate all aspects of production and supply in the fast-moving luxury skincare and fragrance category.

They will oversee all stages of the production process, including managing suppliers, quality control, navigating regulatory and compliance matters, supervising stock and warehouse operations, and overseeing orders right through to the timely delivery of the final product to customers both in the UK and overseas.

As a crucial member of a growing team, they will report directly to the owner, Jod Mitchell. The role encompasses both Mitchell and Peach and its sister brand Stone Street Soaphouse, and is based near Sevenoaks in Kent.
