DAMAGED ITEMS: THE DAMAGED PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME ITEM OR, IF STOCKS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, AN ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT WILL BE OFFERED. SHOULD A REPLACEMENT NOT BE REQUIRED WE WILL REFUND THE COST OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY REQUIRE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THE DAMAGE TO THE GOODS OR, IN MORE SEVERE CASES, WE MAY CHOOSE TO COLLECT THE DAMAGED PRODUCTS FROM YOU FOR INSPECTION.
